Refunds for mobile payment solutions and payment gateways integration will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Users must provide detailed documentation of the issue and proof of purchase. Binaricart will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
The following limitations and exclusions apply to our refund and cancellation policy:
- Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from User negligence or misuse of the Services.
- Refunds will not cover any third-party fees, such as bank charges or currency conversion fees.
